We have closely followed health institutions worldwide and we have implemented new safety measures throughout the Hotel. Part of the new measures includes:

Training
New training standards for all the employees, specifically the housekeeping team, in order to meet maximum hygiene and safety protocols have been implemented and all the staff has participated to the classes.

Safety Devices
Disposal masks, hand-sanitizing gel dispensers and gloves are available to all guests and employees at all time.

Hotel Access
A member of the staff will measure the temperature of each of the clients, employees and visitors entering the Hotel with an infrared thermometer and provide hand-sanitizing gel.

Housekeeping
The cleaning procedures during the room and common areas cleaning have been intensified and all the areas are sanitised with specific products.

Air Conditioners
The new programmed total cleaning of the air conditioners and filters, both in the rooms and in the common spaces, includes a more frequent sanitation.

Distancing and Occupancy Levels
By reducing the occupancy level of the hotel rooms and breakfast room and bar tables, we guarantee enough distance between guests.

The availability of room service for food or drinks.
